Tammy Paige Goddard, President
Tammy Paige Goddard currently serves as ChildrenVietnam.org's President. She received a Juris Doctor from the Catholic University of America and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from University of Washington. She works in the field of intellectual property (IP) by raising awareness and global harmonization of IP rights through building partnerships with community governments, government agencies, and international patent offices. She is also passionate about serving in her community through various roles which include: Board Member of Boat People SOS; Adviser/Past President of Asian Pacific American Network (APANET, the largest cultural volunteer group in the federal government); and Co-Director of Volunteer Management for the East Coast for National Association of Asian American Professionals (NAAAP).

Ms. Kalugdan is a Senior Information Technology Analyst at the U.S. Government Accountability Office. She holds a B.S. in Management Information Systems at George Mason University and a M.B.A. at the University of Maryland. She was an active member of the Vietnamese Students Association during her undergraduate years and volunteered for many charities, events and fashion shows. In her spare time she enjoys playing volleyball, traveling, reading, painting, and spending time with her family and friends.

James C. Housel, Esq. , Secretary
Mr. James C. Housel is an Administrative Judge for the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He received his Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering from the University of Rochester in New York, his Master’s Degree in Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech, and his J.D. from George Washington Law School. He was the previous director of International Relief for the Latin American Parents Association and former president of the ChildrenVietnam. He also serves on the Board of a community non-profit organization.

Phuong Phoenix T. Bui, Esq. , Treasurer
Ms. Bui is a patent examiner for the US Patent and Trademark Office. She received a JD from Washington College of Law, MS from North Carolina State University and BS from the University of Tennessee. In addition to being an FCVN volunteer, and an active member in Bethesda United Methodist Church. She is the daughter of the late founder of the ChildrenVietnam, Diep Vuong. She is always on the GO, but will take time out for Big Bang Theory and NCIS.
